Been twice. First time room too small for the treatment — therapist kept banging into couch. No slippers provided despite a walk down corridor to shower. 2ndtime therapist didn’t leave the room as I dressed afterwards. Both times nowhere to hang clothes. Building is deceptively large, a warren of stairs and treatment rooms, but an old building and partition walls mean NO soundproofing between rooms. Also rooms and corridors have laminate flooring –so very noisy and not relaxing. No social media, email or even paper feedback forms available. Suggests the owners don’t want or need the feedback — they have a captive market !!!

I’ve only been to Mulberrys once but was very impressed. The premises are deceptively large — the shop front is quite small and the first section is taken up by a hair salon. However, beyond that there is a lovely lounge area with an open fire and comfortable sofas, and a bar/café. The treatment rooms are mostly upstairs and are reached by following a corridor round from the lounge. There are a good number of treatment rooms and they are all of a reasonable size. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a luxury facial and the staff member was very understanding of the fact that I dislike certain smells and sensations, and explained everything that she was doing very well to put me at my ease. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant experience — well worth a visit!

Love this place and not too pricey. Does all sorts of beauty treatments from hair to toe. Highly recommended. Very professional set up, and very clean too. Even have a chill out room. A bargain for Beaconsfield.
