Great little take away place. I used to go there when I was much younger and it was right down the street from where I was staying at, on Beckenham Rd. Good old days! Mushroom beef was the best! Sweet memories… :) Great food, great prices, and stayed open late too.

Best Chinese takeaway in all of Beckenham, and a must try! When it comes to good quality food made consistently well, then this is the place. Fried rice and wok fried noodles are the restaurant’s highlights, and other a la carte dishes like spareribs and salt/​pepper prawns are so delicious!

Occasionally, I get a chinese hankering on a Monday. I used to try and satisfy it at the Peking but the food is either really bland or way too strong tasting. Even though it’s the closest takeaway to my house, I always drive further on.

About a standard a chinese as I have ever found. All the chop suey, chow mein and kung po you’d expect to find — and pretty darned tasty too. These guys stay open late; till about 11pm. However, it would be nice if they could go the extra mile, quite literally in fact, by offering a delivery service — particularly as most other takeaway places do. They do of course take orders over the phone, and are pretty speedy; I’ve never had to wait more than 15 mins. There’s a cool little aquarium that keeps tiny minds like mine occupied whilst waiting, but it’s cash only I’m afraid.
