For me, Unilocal is all about places like Lunches to Go: places of great quality that get highlighted for their sterling work, when they may have been overlooked by its natives in the past! Located in a small street off the city centre, it is a small and perfectly formed piece of heaven This place does high quality lunch and breakfast products, but it doesn’t cost the earth either. I first encountered this place when a platter of sandwiches and rolls were brought to a place I was doing a summer internship in an accounting firm not too far from the business. It is fair to say that their sandwich provided the high point of an otherwise mundane and mediocre day! There is a wide range of delicious fillings for your roll, baguette, panini, sandwich or baked potato, with warm products like pies, sausage rolls and soups on offer. The quality of products is nothing short of excellent every time. I loathe generic sandwiches with as much flavour as dust, but this place is a real jewel in the crown of Belfast. P.S They also do the world’s greatest bacon sandwiches. Do yourself(but not your waistline) a favour and get ordering one there pronto!
