While I haven’t yet attended a class in the studio, I was lucky in one of my jobs to be offered free yoga sessions by Claire Ferry who owns the studio. Claire was a fantastic teacher and I found that she taught things that really worked for both de-stressing and also for stretching muscles. I had never done yoga before but by the end of the first session felt that I had learnt a lot. I will definitely consider taking up regular classes at the studio, and see on their website that they have various teachers and also alternative types of yoga, such as aerial yoga.
