We’ve rented with vision for nearly a year and its been great as they’ve made the whole process easy. We had a problem when our neighbour who also rented from them would be noisy when he’d bring his girlfriend back, we had to listen to the headboard hitting the wall a lot of times during the night, in fact so many times we nicknamed him «the rabbit». We tried moving into the other room but still heard it and were worried it would wake our baby up.
We were also concerned the «rabbiting» would put the wall in. We didn’t want to approach him ourselves and contacted vision who got in touch with him and sorted it out. They weren’t afraid to handle an awkward situation and were very professional.
We haven’t had any more screaming or rabbiting keeping us awake.
