This place has such a weird exterior (for its location) that it looks like it’d be more suited in Melbourne than in the centre of BIrkenhead’s eighties shopping precinct.
With a range of menswear from t-​shirts to suit trousers, Caran D’Ache offers it all to the average gentleman. I took my father along there and the hip checked-​shirts did not appeal to him so I can definitely say it is marketed at a younger guy, perhaps one who is into high-​fashion or Fred Perry.
This is a nicely looked after store and the staff are friendly so I can’t fault it really. It just doesn’t appeal to me due to my gender!

Caran D’Ache is a men’s fashion shop in the Grange Shopping Centre in Birkenhead. They sell trendy polo shirts and T-​shirts, and other articles of clothing worthy of both the average gentleman and what we now term the «metrosexual.» So if you’re a fashion bug or simply an everyday kind of guy, you can find something nice to wear in this shop.
Prices are moderate, but you’re more likely to find something of quality here, and something more unusual than the average Top Shop shirt. Long live individuality.
