The people at Dixons helped us buy our house about 18 months ago. They were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. As we have a small child and two dogs, we had some fairly specific requirements — we needed to be near a good, non-faith primary school, and we needed a big enough garden to cope with two animals that need a lot of space to roam. We were also on a tight budget. All of this should have had an estate agent pulling out their hair, but Dixons were great — finding us places, arranging viewing times that fitted in with our strange work hours (and childcare) and, ultimately, dealing with the previous owner and negotiating on our behalf. We were very happy with them and I would recommend them.
