Inside this shop is an array of balloons for parties and other occasions. They cover products in many different colours, shapes and sizes for all the key birthday ages, (16, 18, 21, and all the decades), and for weddings, anniversaries, blessings, etc.
For those planning a themed party, JB Balloons stock cutting-​edge foil balloons in intricate shapes, such as tiki statues and hula girls for a Hawaiian party, or sombreros and pinatas for a Mexican gathering, amigo.
When I’m in there, a customer is discussing on order of balloons with the owner. ‘Yeah, you want just a bit of (Aston) Villa colours in there. Not so it’s in your face, no. A bit subtle, yes. So, we’ll have them mainly in metallic and say 6 of each claret and blue. Yes’ The owner then asks the client to email him some photos of the birthday venue so he can make sure that enough balloons have been orders to suitably deck the place out. That’s service for you.
There’s also a small section for fancy dress, with a strong Hawaiian theme with plastic grass skirts and plastic flower bikinis. If you are planning a party, plan it with JB.

I have used this shop with my family for years and even urged friends to use this shop when seeking customised balloons or even more mundane celebration decorations. This shop sells cards, candles and other birthday or celebration accessories. But JB Balloons as you would have grasped from their name, specialise in making a variety of balloons. Me and my family have made JB Balloons a significant part of our celebrations over a number of years and through a mixture of events and times they have provided a 100% service and a personal approach to what ever design or requirement we have had. This shop is a small one and one I have invested trust with for personal celebrations. I am glad to see this small shop still open throughout the bad economic times and will continue to use JB Balloons.
