I asked this letting agent to market my apartment in Harborne to a proffesional person or couple.
I had to persist that they carry out credit checks and they were just interested in getting the deposit and making some money.
They took a deposit from a DHSS tenant– good job I checked him out.
I would warn all local landlords to keep a very wide berth of these cowboys that could end up with you losing your asset to a unknown, unchecked tenant.
this company are not registered with a letting body– try another proper company– lots in Harborne.
