I hve been with this surgery for 4 years now but have felt that the service is very poor certain staff have nothing better to do than just gossip they are not approchable, I bought my son in who was very ill and a certain receptionist rudely suggested I go to percy rd medical centre as no appointments were available all week. I also feel the appointment procedure is very bad as when you phone at 8.00am in the morning all appointments have gone.
