Piccadilly Arcade

This is a beautiful looking old arcade in the heart of Birmingham. It actually used to be a single cinema and the sloping floor which leads to from New Street to the rear of Birmingham New Street Station is a reminder of its former use.
There’s lots of little shops to explore here and coffee to be had. Get your eyes checked or go find some camping gear, or maybe pick out a watch or some jewellery from one of the cool stores.
Don’t forget to check out the artwork on the ceiling always great for taking pictures of.
One of those places that makes you feel like you’ve underdressed to visit your own city.

A beautiful arcade, with quirky shops and amazing ceilings. Look up when you walk through, otherwise you’ll miss the odd but spectacular paintings.
It is only a small arcade, but well worth a look.
