the vouchers don’t work for half of the sandwiches! what’s the point in giving them out in the first place if you cant use them at the till? rubbish customer service at its best, shame there isn’t a no star option.

Didn’t catch his name, but the mixed race short man was a absolute disgrace to ‘customer service’ threw the sandwich together, didn’t say please or thankyou once and was as arrogant as possible. Please take the chip off your shoulder you just cost the shop a very frequent customer.

Franchise — rubbish one at that. Thanks for charging me over £8 for horribly stale food. My customer service letter is in the post. thanks for nothing.

For its location, I wasn’t expecting anything great from this Subway. Only reason I dropped in was because the Subway just happens to be in front of all the bus stops in the shopping centre.
Have to say though, I was pleasantly suprised by the friendly service and tasty food here. With ample seating and clean surroundings this place has everything going for it.
Oh and if your lucky sometimes you will be given money off vouchers to spend on your next visit and these vouchers are super savers.
