This salon offers great treatments that are cheaper than the salons in the city centre of Birmingham so worth the drive if you have time.
I pre booked an appointment to have the Dermalogica skin treatment facial.
The beautician asked me a range of questions about my skin type. I told her I have sensitive skin and she advised that all Dermalogica products were dermatogically tested so they are suitable for even the most sensitive of skins.
My face had never felt as fresh and looked after as when I walked out after having the treatment.
Definitely worth the trip.

The recession and rising house prices have done a lot to incidentally regenerate Acocks Green. People that would have bought a house in Solihull now buy in nearby Olton, and those who would have bought in Olton are now choosing Acocks Green as a place to settle. With this influx of more discerning people has come a better class of places to go, and The Wright Place is one of these.
It offers staggeringly good prices for both ladies and mens cuts, (£28 and £14 for a wash, cut and finish respectively.) There’s far more to this establishment that hair though. They offer a range of treatments and therapies including nails, body therapies, and at £15 for 15 minutes it’s the cheapest place to get a new-​fangled fish massage that I’ve ever seen.
Fitness classes are offered in Tai Chi and Pilates, Boxing and Circuit, Zumba and similar. For wanna-​be pageant queens they run under 16’s beauty parties involving entertainment, a buffet and a treatment session of nail art, back massage and hair up!
