Felpham Fish and Chips

Very much we are fans!!!
This chipper is run by Mike, who has one of the cheekiest grins you could imagine, but what a fryer!
His place is light, airy, cool and spacious. He could easily open part of the store in an eat-​in capacity, but I think the location isn’t right for it. He would have competition from the pub just down the road.
The oil is changed regularly, as you can tell by the quality of the food. Very light batter, which is always preferable for me, and beautiful light golden chunky chips. (None of this small crispy, «done to death», chips! He does do the absolute tastiest of fishcakes, second to none… mm mm!
Prices are extremely comparable for the area. He has quite a vast range to choose from, which does include Pukka Pies… very popular.
Well worth a visit, but get there before 1400hrs
Very busy street parking… Not Mike’s fault though.
