Abbey

This is the worst Abbey. It always has huge queues of people. I have even seen them going out the door!
They never have enough tellers on. One would think that when the line is that long, they would open a few more windows. But no, or not unless someone makes a loud complaint about it (i.e. me).
I know plenty of people who have had mistakes made with transactions there, Purely out of carelessness. The manager is always being called over by customers and giving a rollicking over the staff service.
