I normally hate phone shops, but the guy that helped me out in here was a super star.
Boring waffle but explanation of what happened:
I had issues with a broken iPhone 5C, a back up iPhone 4 both with different SIM card sizes.
I was all a fizzle and not knowing how I was going to send one phone off and keep the number live on a different sim but then be able to switch phones back when it was repaired.
In a nutshell, he just took both phones off of me, sorted it all. Handed back with all sim swaps and drama dealt with.
SUMMARY:
Best bit, he didn’t charge me, he just sorted it, quickly and with a smile.
It’s a shame 95% of phone shops can’t be like this.
It’s a little gem and when it comes to upgrading my phone I am going back there to sign up with him. Blinding customer service!
