The main things I want from an estate agent are straight-​talking, honesty, professionalism and an ability to sell rather than just show people round a property pointing out the obvious. Mike Hack the owner and his team are all these things and more. Polite and helpful they are a shining example of what a small local independent agency can achieve with basic good manners and hard work. It’s not rocket science and should come as standard with every agency, but experience tells me that it doesn’t. Great commission rates too. Try them out. You’ll be glad you did.
