Didn’t know that Little Chef still existed but this is one of the few that remain. This Little Chef is situated next to the Burger King and has the traditional Little Chef layout where you can see right into the kitchen. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The menu was like how I remember them from years ago, with the all day breakfasts and the early starter. Obviously there have been some changes with the menu to bring it up to date. I had the tuna baguette with a side order of coleslaw. My parent, who were with me on this trip, had egg and chips and a soup of the day. The tuna baguette was fresh(we saw him cutting the bread in the kitchen) and served with a side salad and nachos. On the whole, the portion size was just right for me, however, I was a little disappointed with the portion of chips my dad had with his eggs. These were not value for money in my opinion. I was told the soup was really nice. On the whole, a trip down memory lane but disappointment at some of the portion sizes
