Last Christmas I bought a older model iPad for a present. I was told it would have no issues once used and would be able to play most of the games on the Apple Store. I was lied too, the iPad had multiple battery problems, wouldn’t stay connected to the Internet and couldn’t run any apps it did manage to download. So the next day I took the iPad back to the store told them about, their response «since I had turned it on I couldn’t return it». After a few minutes of talking their supervisor pushed himself into my face and begin acting very confrontational telling me he didn’t want me talking to him and telling me to leave. I was an emotional wreck for the rest of that day. I have been an active customer there for over 13 years and this was how they treated their customers. ⁰⁄₀ stars don’t give them the money they don’t deserve.

GAME is the by far the gaming shop in Brackenell. the games are good value and the condition of the preowned stuff is very good. staff is friendly and and always very helpufull. you can see they love they job and play games themselfs.

Good value, especially on budget games — staff left something to be desired, low knowledge of, well, pretty much anything!
I’ve seen there’s a lot of reviews from people who clearly aren’t gaming buffs by any stretch of the imagination — but I’d probably steer my nearest and dearest towards the Gamestation staff who tend to look a little rougher around the edges but are far superior in knowledge about the products and have a larger hunger for the hobby other than some of these guys who its just a 9 – 5 for them.
Store is cramped down the middle walkway, hardwork to also get to the pc section — its just not a good GAME compared to some of the better equipped shops out there

Over priced and bland chain store, spot covered long haired staff should not be let out during the day.

This shop is in a good location inside the main shopping centre, however its pretty small and really crowded inside. At weekends when its busy its pretty impossible to navigate because the queue takes up most of the walking space! Other than this they have a wide selection of consoles and games and the prices aren’t too bad, pretty competitive. The staff in here are quite nice and there is always a couple of them though again on the weekend you’d struggle to find someone to ask questions unless you queued up in the massive queue first. Pretty good store in general.

Pros This shop is better located than the other Bracknell video game shop, Virtual Game, as it’s in Princess Square, but has a smaller range as it’s a smaller shop.
Cons They don’t always offer a great deal on second hand consoles and games and staff don’t seem particularly knowledgeable about products. Only certain consoles are stocked.

A medium sized branch of this video game and console supplier inside of Princess Square, the main shopping centre in Bracknell. Has an adequate amount of stock, for many different platforms and helpful staff who seem to know what they are talking about.

Game is great for choice as they always have the latest titles. The staff and ever so helpful and you can see they love their jobs as they love to talk about all the games. If they have no stock eg. wii fit they will do their best to order it in. The gift cards are great for pressies and its an all round good store
