I only ever use the drive through where the service seems to vary between lightning fast when it’s quiet to queuing around the block when it’s busy, although this may have more to do with dithering customers than the staff.
The food is consistently good, as good as KFC gets anyway.

The building is pretty new, much better than the old one. I’ve always thought the location was quite odd though! When I was in there with my two kids though they helped me by getting high chairs etc and the service was very good.
