I would not recommend this garage to anyone. Though I manage to get my issue rectified. The next person may not be so lucky. I took my car to them for an MOT to have a ABS sensor replaced and my 2 back springs. They said my headlights needed adjusting and new wipers. That’s fair enough. But not when you are quoted £625 for the work. Which apparently was mostly labour. So I checked with the car dealership as to how long the work should take. To which when I went back to Mels with the information my bill went down to £410.
Then has issues over when the work would be completed. Being blagged off with what was and wasn’t said. Finally took my car home not realising straight away that they only decided to change 1 spring but charged me for parts and time for 2. Luckily I was able to get the difference back. But to all inspecting ladies and gentlemen DON’T TOUCH MEN’S MOTORS!!!
