Back in England from the U.S. and craving a great traditional English pub lunch.
Found the Fox & Hound on a drive and stopped. Fantastic Olde English pub! In business for 275 years. Great ambiance and outstanding selection of English pub foods.
Great food, great beers, uneven floors and ceilings. Multiple fireplaces.

This pub restaurant sits midway between Bradford on Avon and Bath and we had a really nice meal there last Saturday evening. We opted for the Duck Legs and they proved to be a good choice. The Bread and Butter Pudding that followed was superb! The pub itself is spacious with plenty of room between the tables. Music was playing, and the atmosphere was easy and relaxed but it was still possible to have a conversation without shouting. Would definitely go back.
