Bedz R Us

I ordered from Bedz R Us as their price was significantly lower than anywhere else online. Even one online store with a price match guarantee wouldn’t match the Bedzrus price as they said it was below their wholesale price!
They were easily contactable by phone, and polite when I phoned a couple of times with enquiries. Unfortunately I was let down by a poor delivery service. I ordered the bed a week in advance, and received an email the day before delivery to confirm dispatch. The next day I received a call from the manufacturer (not Bedzrus) to say my item wouldn’t be dispatched and I’d have to arrange a re-​delivery for the next morning.
The bed didn’t arrive that next morning, so I phoned the manufacturer who gave me the item tracking number to follow up with the courier myself. The courier couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered, but said it would be that day.
The bed arrived late in the afternoon. Be aware that they ask you to sign for thse goods as «damaged» if you can’t fully check them upon delivery. The courier wouldn’t allow me to do this, and instead told me to sign as «unchecked», which Bedzrus advise not to do as it will make returns difficult.
I might use Bedzrus again if their price is good, but I would prefer to use a more reliable retailer, especially with their unreliable delivery and signing as «damaged» policy which could be a potential problem if you just signed for the goods without thinking.
