A hidden gem in Idle. Initially the small size can be off putting however once inside you are welcomed into a small intimate restaurant seating probably 20 – 25 people max. The menu offers many reasonably priced curry favorites, bhuna, madras, massalla etc. however there are also plenty of bengali specialities to chose from. There are also several bottled wines, carlsberg on draft and also indian bottled lagers. The manager is always attentive to your needs without being overly intrusive. The food is cooked to order so there can be a slight wait but the quaility is excellent. Been going there for last 5 – 6 years and I would rate food on a par with Shimla Spice where I also frequently eat.
