Brentford Tandoori

while i do claim to be tolerant of spicy hot food. .. when the menu said «spicy», they weren’t joking.
while i was pretty damn drunk after 6 beers just around the corner at the globe, when my coworker and i strolled in here to grab a bite to eat, my fate was in my own hands.
i chose a chicken dish for which i forgot the name (hey, i was drunk!) and all i remember was thinking «god damn, im nearly crying, sweating like mad, and my mouth is on fire. .. and my world is spinning from being drunk». but it’s always one of those «must keep eating» else your mouth gets more on fire, so it’s like you’re trying to suppress the pain, but continuing the pain. .. if that makes sense.
overall, the food wasn’t incredible (from what i recall), but it wasn’t bad either. b/​c we were the only people in the restaurant, the service was quite attentive and prompt.
