We stayed here for a short getaway and it was just what we needed, beautiful surroundings and so so quite. We stayed in Ash lodge which so clean and really had everything we needed, really well designed and thought out.
Special kudos for the cleaning team who were the best cleaners ever and Laura who after I left some clothes in the lodge kindly posted them back to me (thanks again).
Loved walking around the lakes and even had the little black cat follow us in the evening for a stroll, I would recommend the lakes for anyone who likes to chill out have a fab base to explore the area and anyone who loves sitting out doors at night with a glass of something cold looking up at all those stars… perfect!
