TFI Lunch

I really like this place! Nestled in the lanes, in a cute little square, TFI Lunch serves a great selection of lunch goods, drinks and cakes.
The menu is exactly as you might expect for a little café like this, hosting toasted sandwiches and the likes, with a great selection of cakes (and brownies, and flapjacks!) to choose from as well. The food is pretty standard café grub in terms of what’s available, but — from what I’ve tasted — though it may be standard sarnies and cakes it’s all done really well! I’ve had a few sandwiches in here and they’ve all been really tasty indeed! It’s not all that hard to make a decent panini, but it is a challenge to make one that tastes as good as the ones served here. They’re simple but really delicious, which is exactly what you want from a good lunch place.
The brownies and flapjack here are quite delicious as well! Both huge — both tasty! Can’t really go wrong with that, can you?
One of the nicest features of this place is the outdoor seating area. There are tables and chairs laid out within the little square, dotted around in the sun, making for a really beautiful setting to eat. It feels very French, for some reason and, so long as the Brighton sun is shining, is a great spot to have some lunch.
I’ll be hitting up this place again, without a doubt! Really enjoyable food!
