Not a bad little car boot sale, but not very big, so you won’t be spending long there. Its quite cheap to set up stall there and free for students of the college. Not bad if you wanna earn a bit of cash or want a car boot and live in town.

It may makes me sound sad but this carboot sale is one highlight of my week! I visit it on Sunday mornings just before I get a newspaper. Its quite fun. There is some gold amongst the rubbish on view. I have bought cd’s, dvd’s and Peppermint plants. The good are very cheap. Books can be as little as 10p. There is a fruit & veg lorry that sells boxes of stuff for a few quid. Asparagus was £1.50p a bunch on my latest visit. The fruit is well kept and affordable.
Now if you are into bacon sarnies then theres a van to meet your needs. Hot and cold drinks are on sale too.
Sadly I hear that this carpark is to be build upon soon.
