Home Leasing

I have only positive things to say about Home Leasing. They were unfortunate enough to be my letting agents during what Picasso might have called his grey period, but I fondly name: «second year of uni». I am not going ot lie, we lived like pigs in that house and we were lucky not to catch cholera from the hoards of rubbish stacked all over the house. At that time, our abode resembled something out of WIthnail and I, but through thick and thin, the agents from Home Leasing were polite and understanding,
Despite the mess, we did have a few problems with that house, such as a dodgy boiler and washing machine and to the credit of Home Leasing, they responded in both instances by sending a representative around to the house, before promptly getting the professionals in.
We did clean the house on departure and surprisingly were given our full deposits back (minus a £75 for some necessary cleaning to be done –fair enough!)
The staff I dealt with were warm and genuinely had our best interests at heart, which is rare for a letting agency dealing with students. Well done Home Leasing!
