Pizza Express is an Italian restaurant chain throughout England. This location is lovely with floor-to-ceiling windows, and it became a staple for any major celebrations (e.g. birthdays) with my flatmates.
We always managed to come up with some crazy vouchers so our meals were a bargain. I do remember having some trouble with management here before, though. They will gladly have you wait 40 – 50 minutes when there are clearly several empty tables without reservations, and we regularly had unfriendly servers.

As chain pizza restaurants go this one has to be at the top ! A great selection of pizzas which are almost cooked before your eyes (well, in an open kitchen area !) Also do a nice selection of salads, pasta and risotto. If you don’t want a big meal they are always willing to serve you their smaller appetisers eg: olives, bread sticks, dough balls. Only gripe about them (and stopping them getting 5 stars) is their limited wine menu. It would be nicer to have a few more choices.
