The most wonderful, lovely, caring veterinary practice. I wish my Doctor’s surgery was more like St Francis! My dog loves it here too — she always pauses when we go past the top of Norfolk Square, as if to say «can we go and see the nice people please, Mum?». We always receive a warm welcome and the staff are friendly and attentive. The vets are happy to give you a choice of treatment options and are happy to talk you through things in depth abd/or answer any questions. St Francis vets are very reasonably priced, compared to other vets in the area and they are happy to deal with insurance pàperwork. Lastly, the staff were truley amazing when my cat died — REALLY caring and they handled arrangements so sensitively. I whole-heartedly recommend St Francis!

I totally agree with the other reviews this is the best vets ever. My pets have been treated by Shuan since he first came to St Francis many years ago and he has always been fantastic and very honest always putting the needs of the animal first. The staff also are very very good and you can completely put your faith in all the team to do the best for your pet.
