a few years ago i took a bike here to be repaired (i see same guy working there still)…i left it with him and he said he ordered bitz and put on my bike and charged me. i found the bike not to be fixed so went straight back and told him. after much argument and proving that the bitz wernt replaced he admitted he didnt do the job and gave me the money back grumbing to
no pro but i have good idea about BMXs so he picked the wrong person to try one on withhes a lier to me and id never use him againbeware here, hes a cowboy! his reputation in brighton is to have a load of battered half put together bikes and only good for minor jobs and hes cheap (coz his work is cheap) any person with a respectful bike knows not to go here. sorry but true
the guy in the market next to him did a much better job but for really good work go to either or Sydney Street Bikes (best in brighton but so many customers youll have to wait few days till they can book you but thats a good sign)(pricey but you pay for what you get) or Baker Street Bikes :)

If you want a bike, or you want it repaired, and you don’t want all the flashy gimmicks and high prices of the big retail bike stores, this is the place for you. All the bikes are second hand and a bit busted up, but they’ll serve you well, and they’re unbelievably cheap. The owner is always friendly and his store feels like a proper workshop. I’ve had multiple bikes services here and never had a single problem.
