This is only open three days a week, and still closes for lunch, but its a good old fashioned library that has worked hard at updating itself.
It cooperates a great deal with the infant and primary school next door, and still has a great deal of time for adults. Its used to ordering in a lot of books and tapes and so on, especially for stay at home mums in the area. The staff are very willing to help out on the computers, though I wouldn’t describe them as tech-​heads.
