Disinterested and Dishonest: Their stores are closed — but neither their website or phone messages(at the stores that have such messages) bother to tell you. Having found one of their stores closed — I went to another — their Battersea shop — as the phone message stated that it was open. But when I arrived I found that it had been closed for some time — there was a phoney message on the door about staff shortage but the locals confirmed that was a sham. Will not be buying from a firm which cares so little for customers and can’t tell the truth.

Quite a novel idea, and well placed on Whiteladies road(for the more wealthy of Bristol’s parents) this furniture shop for the little ones is full of ideas for your child’s bedroom, handy Christmas gift ideas and also garden accessories for the upcoming sunny months. The prices are not cheap, especially considering your munchkin won’t stay that small for long, and you can guarantee when they turn into a teenager will despise the baby pink/blue furnishings adorning their room. However, it’s definitely aimed for the younger children, but be careful about taking them in, they will want you to buy everything.

Although predominantly a place to buy furniture for children — beds, bunk beds, mattresses, chairs and desks all mini-sized — this also stocks a lot of home furnishings and toys as well. They have some very funky rugs(I may have to get the robot rug, and I don’t have children…) and lampshades plus a selection of wooden and traditional toys and even table football. Makes for an individual room for the rugrats — all furniture is made by them so has great quality and a reasonable price range — not cheap Ikea-ish and not ridiculously priced designer style either.
