The only contact I’ve had with them was just a minute ago, on the phone. The guy was excellent, despite my cheek in ringing to ask what price I should be asking for a second-​hand item!
He gave me several minutes, which felt like unlimited time, and was really encouraging in making sure I get the price I should get.
I would definitely be well disposed towards further contact and buying from them in the future, due to this positive interaction.
