Cafe Spice

Yummy curry and really friendly staff.

Having experienced quite a few curry houses in Birmingham finding this little local gem was a trip up north again. Décor wise things are functional but importantly it has the air of tradition. Having spoken with the owner quite a few times there’s a passion for the food and service which has made Café Spice a local favourite of ours.
Normally our mode of eating is via take away but when that ‘I don’t fancy washing dishes’ feeling comes on we eat in the restaurant. Quick note on the take away, things are consistently tasty we find ourselves having the specials Mazadar Guest and Mutha Murgh quite often and although not as cheap as some never find ourselves disappointed. Side note I don’t go for blazing hot taste more flavours and quality ingredients which their menu suits very well.
Restaurant wise the service is great and the speed spot on, tends to get busy at the weekend as you can imagine. All in glad its a short walk away!
