Nice local pub, does ok food and ok atmosphere. Quite small and does tend to attract locals or riverside walkers. would recommend if passing.

We visited the Elm Tree Inn after being recommended by my Brother inlaw.
It was Fathers day and we had not booked anything, but got here about 12 noon. There was a lot of reserved tables, but we were lucky and had a table in the corner for 4.
The meal was great — I only had Fish and Chips — but it was superb. But I also tried my daughters Lasagna too. Great.
Recommended if your passing that way.
