Fifty Fifty

Fifty Fifty ist der Nike SB Account in Bristol. Dieses Geschäft besteht schon seit mehr als zwölf Jahren und befindet sich an der traditionellen «High Street» Bristols, die Park Street heißt, am Fuße des Hügels. Verkauft werden auch Schuhe anderer Marken, Kleidung und Skateboards. Hier gibt es teilweise auch ältere Modelle, die in London bei Slam City schon längst ausverkauft sind…
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Geschäft ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Unweit des Eingangs befindet sich eines der berühmtesten Graffitis von Bristol.

Skaters grab your decks… I said decks!
I can’t stand up on a skateboard so this shop isn’t for me, I am not cool enough, but this shop is a bit of a haven for the skaters, however they’ve never made me feel unwelcome whenever I have popped in to check out some of their trainers; they have always been friendly and helpful.
It is clearly a very cool shop, almost a high end skating shop, with all the guys standing in front of a plasma TV watching some guy do kickflips, or hip hops or cross-stitch…whatever it is these kids are doing nowadays. I think they must have the best range good trainers in Bristol, especially if you plan to use them for standing on a skateboard.
But even if like me you don’t they still have a beautiful range of trainers from different brands and at varying prices. The clothes aren’t really my style, if I have a style, but they are reasonably priced and they did have a good sale on today. With T-​shirts at around £25 and certain pairs of Chuck Taylor’s for the same price, which is the cheapest I have seen them in Bristol.
