Came down here with my fiancé to do a bit of impromptu bike shopping.
They seem to have a wide selection of well priced rides to suit our needs.
The shop assistant was extremely helpful, and talked us through the individual benefits of the different bikes.
We left feeling a little bit more educated.
I look forward to returning maybe for some oil or an airfreshner.

Home to possibly some of the worst customer service I have experienced on more than one occasion — surly, abrupt and rude and I was made to feel that the customer was most definitely not right. It’s a shame as a couple of the staff are great but they are let down badly by the rest. Get to a different shop if you can.

As Kris M pointed out, there are better places to buy bits and bobs for your car and bike — support your local shops!
Their own selection of bikes is pretty limited, and being in a cycling city you can find something more interesting and probably better value in the specialist shops.
However to be fair this store were very helpful in taking part in the cycle to work scheme and ordered in a bike especially for us quickly and without fuss.
