I used this tyre garage not through choice but necessity after getting a flat tyre in North Devon, early in the morning on the way to a flight at Bristol Airport. As it was so early no local garage was open so the recovery driver took me all the way to Bristol. We passed a few local garages which looked expensive and drove into Bristol hoping to spot a place like this.
My wheel had a locking wheelnut, and I have no key tool, but they were able to remove this with some brute force and they managed to find a usual nut as a replacement.
They opened up on the dot and I was seen immediately.
They noticed that there was something wrong with the steering on my car (that’s why a certain part of tyre had worn and punctured) so I had that sorted too.
The price was very fair — there was a 30% discount on the tyre at the time and the other work was not as expensive as I had feared.
I missed the flight in the end — but not through Hi Q — they were quick and efficient.
