Speedo went on my car along with my ABS sensor. After researching heavily myself I found was common. Told them what I had found. They had my car for 2 weeks. At first they said they’d have to send the ABS off for something. When I reminded them of my research they miraculously fixed it within 24 hours at a cost of over £400. I asked for a breakdown of the costs to which they replied it would be impossible due to the level of work. They never gave me an adequate explanation as to why it took so long. Avoid at ALL costs.

I’ve been using this garage for years and their service has always been excellent, good value for money and and I’ve never once felt like they have taken advantage of me. I’ve always been able to book vehicles in within a few days or in case of urgent repairs they have usually been able to source parts and get me back on the road quickly. I’ve never felt confused by explanations or advice.
