I first used this Nat West on a Wednesday. Banking opening hours have always confused me. Unlike my husband (who can be quite dim at times) I know that banks are not open on ‘bank holidays’. Clue is in the name there hey. And I know that Nat West embraced the slogan Sat West suggesting it was open on Saturdays, which this one is — and not just until lunch time but until 3pm. But what I wasn’t to know was that the one day I went, it was later opening — 10am on a Wednesday — which was a little annoying but hey ho. Other than that, this is an OK Nat West. It looks pretty new and has the help desk right by the door so if they can’t help you there they can. Sometimes this isn’t the quickest experience, especially if they are training people up but you should get there eventually.
