Rose Green Tiles and Reclamation

I was recommended to use Rose Green to sell off various materials from a project we have been working on. Gerald agreed the price and I took the first load over to him as agreed. When I arrived I was shocked to be greeted by an extremely rude and short tempered man (GERALD). I am not sure if he is always this rude to customers or I was unlucky to catch him on an off day, but his attitude was appalling. I would not have any dealings with him or this company whatsoever. He came across as a bit of a rogue and obviously has no basic customer service skills. stay clear unless you want to wast your time and money dealing with this type of person.

Rose Green Tiles and Reclamation Ltd is about 150 yards from Rajanis, another favourite haunt of mine, making this otherwise non-​descript little commercial area of St George as alluring as a Siren at sea. Huge amounts of stock cover the vast storage and display area, and if its Victoriana, tiles or wood that you want, you won’t be disappointed. There’s also a large section of garden ornamentation, and a fair amount of sundry nick-​nacks that make the extremely uniform layout a lot more interesting.
The staff look like a bunch of kids doing a stretch of community service, but are really helpful, good humoured and hard working. They’ll go out of their way to try and find you what you want, and will pass you onto the Gaffa or Gaffa’s mate if they come unstuck in their search.
I recently bought a manhole cover for £20 to stand my wood burner on, after discussing the usage at length with the boss. I was offered assurance that it would do the job without presenting a fire risk, and was offered additional advice about how to fix it and where I could go if I needed help with welding.
These guys are first rate!
