I never go in to eat, just use the drive through. If you go when it is busy, someone is standing outside and walks down the line of cars taking orders, which is fine if you know what you want but if you want to browse the menu and see new offers or deals, you can only hope the person is helpful and tells you. A few times in the drive through, items have been missing when we have got home, so a good tip is to look through your bags before you drive off. Don’t expect people to be helpful though.

The food at the Mac Donald’s in the broughton retail park in chester is edible. However there is a couple of bad points which are Unhelpful staff and poor service.
I waited for about 20 minutes after ordering and paying for my food and when I asked how long my food would take the person at the till accused me of regularly coming in and saying I did not receive food I ordered although I never go there. No one at the till wears a name badge.
I was waiting for my food about 20 minutes after ordering and the people at the till didn’t even ask me why I was there. The manager is not helpful at all.
In my opinion, I found the people at the till to be the most most unhelpful.
