I have never experienced such appalling customer service ever, took a laptop for repair 3 times within 3 months with the same fault each time, 1st time was charged £68 2nd time £40 and the 3rd time left specific instructions to give me a quote before carrying out work but they took it upon themselves to repair and charged £50,blaming the antivirus each time, laptop has broke again after a couple of weeks but this time I will take it to an expert with manners !!
