Évaluation du lieu : 1 Burton upon Trent, United Kingdom
I wrote a rather sizable review on this establishment which got removed(assumably due to size) so I shall write a much shorter review to re-assert my opinion. This pub appears to have good features in that it has two large TVs(which are used for sporting events and what appeared to be a Nintendo Wii which was near the larger TV) a smoking area and live entertainment on Sundays. The pub also has a prime location due to being central and near the train station. However the size of the pub is horrible. So small, no matter where you stand you’re always in the way if the pub is busy(for example at the live entertainment or during a sports game). The staff are rude and seem to only cater to their regulars as opposed to any extra custom. The selection of drinks was quite good. Nothing more than the average you’d find in a village local though. While the location of the bar is prime, the atmosphere hinders this, the general feeling of the bar is that of a small local, which contradicts the perfect positioning. Overall I would not suggest this bar, even for the live entertainment or sporting events as the size would make these events a nuisance.
