I contacted this company to enquire about purchasing a lamp. Unfortunately, I experienced extremely poor customer service, with reluctance to give me clear information regarding pricing and the procedure for ordering and experienced what I regard as unprofessional and discourteous treatment. I did not see the product but will certainly not be using this company in the future.
