Bury Interchange

Bury Interchange is a large bus staton in Bury.
One thing that is noticable is it is over several buildings, you have to keep crossing the road to get to different stands, I prefer the approach done by the likes of Shudehill and Rochdale with large bus stations, sometimes approached by a small one.
They is buses and metrolink here.
Bury Interchange has buses to the likes of Bolton and Manchester.
The Metrolink here is on the green line to Altrincham via Victoria and the blue line to the Etihad Campus however up until Market Street, they are the same anyway.
They is disabled access with lifts to both metrolink platforms, and the metrolink also has park and ride facilities.
It is in a good location in central Bury.
A small Martins newsagents is also based here, where you can post Collect+ parcels, however it is more of a get what you see rather than a walk in kind of shop.
The flooring is basically the one from outside the bus station.
The train time machine that normally is at most metro link stations was not working on my visit, I found this slightly dissapointing.
I feel this station deserves 3 stars, it could be alot more modern but it does have good transport links with buses and the metrolink throughout Greater Manchester, I feel Bury can be proud of this bus station although it could be much better, like making a bigger bus station rather than much smaller ones and putting Bury on more metrolink lines.
