This a lovely family run Zoo and really has that feel about it There are amazingly two sets of lions and tigers on site and I have taken various charges along to this zoo for over 15 years and it hasn’t changed much in that time, although I would say that is not a bad thing some places try and get too big and ruin the atmosphere. It is great for children and they are very welcome here We saw an owl display which was fascinating although it was cut short because of the rain and the poor birds couldn’t fly too well!!! There are not many ‘dry’ places when the weather is wet but it is a delightful little Zoo which is not as overwhelming as some of the larger Zoo’s around.
