Since revamp, this KFC has improved vastly. There’s obviously been a big change in staff and the service is now prompt and the food properly cooked.
The new layout is a bit clinical, but if you’re into gimmicks, the electronic play tables are fun and the camera wall is a bit of a laugh

This is an easy KFC to get to but it doesn’t stop it from not being of the best I’ve been to. The food takes forever to be served and when it does the fries are normally cold as they were dished up first. There is never enough staff and table are often grimy and greasy.

This is one of the worst KFC’s i have visited, always slow, not very friendly and not very clean. Food is ok but on some occasions I have been there and the food tastes like it has been sat there for a while!

this is a poor KFC, the staff are aways miserable, the food is cold and ive even had it where its been undercooked and the chips rock hard.
The food tastes like its been standing for hours and they are sometimes cold and mushy!

This kfc isnt the best around but i havent personally had any bad experiences from here. Its conveniently located outside of the town on the retail park in cannock. Nice wide range on the menu for you to choose from. The restaurant is very clean and is never overcrowded. The staff are helpful although they dont look like they are enjoying being there most the time. The toilets can also be cleaner as i never used to want to go there as they was quite dirty. Food isnt too bad though and only a number of times had problems with it being cold and we then got a refund and a free meal so i couldnt complain with that.
